As Head of Fleet Services, Senior Captain 323 oversees the maintenance, procurement, and strategic allocation of all departmental vehicles. Previously holding the rank of Major, Captain Will R. made the deliberate decision to step down in order to dedicate his full focus to leading the Criminal Investigation Division (CID), a role in which he has excelled. As Head of CID, he oversees complex investigations that are critical to the safety and security of Blaine County, ensuring that his team operates with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to justice.
In addition to his leadership of the CID, Captain Will serves as the Assistant Commander of the Special Response Team (SRT), where his tactical expertise and calm demeanor under pressure have been invaluable assets during high-stakes operations.
